Meet Benjamin

December 24th, 2009 § 1

Ben is a bear. But he looks like a human. That’s because he is wearing a human’s skin. See, he didn’t like his life in the woods so Ben went into the city in pursuit of happiness. Much to his despair, all the humans there didn’t like him and wanted him to leave town. But instead of leaving, Ben snuck into someone’s house and killed a human with a knife, psycho style. Then he skinned the dead body and made it into a suit that Ben now wears to fit in with the rest of the humans. He was different but now he’s just like everyone else.

Forgotten Freezer Items

November 24th, 2008 § 0

These are props for my integrated learning class. From left to right: Sal, the mashed up salisbury steak with an attitude. Hannah, the chocolate and nuts covered frozen banana and Broc’s significant other. Peas on earth, the children of the world. Broc, the yucky broccoli and cheddar lean pocket. Broc aftere being subjected to micro-radiation in a crisping sleeve. Vas, the testy french authority and a sloppy drunk.

The premise of these characters is that these food items were left in the freezer for way too long, contracting freezer burn. In this world they have the naive notion of wanting to be taken out of the freezer and die an honorable death in the almighty microwave. Little do they know, the microwave only makes the food items radioactive and nothing good comes from it. They lead sad lives indeed.

This is our line of FreezerBurn mini toys, made out of super sculpy.
